Join us on this AMAZING and unique photo expedition that combines the best of 2 brother countries, Costa Rica & Panama.

Day 1 – Transfer In. San Jose Airport-Hotel.
Our private transportation will take you to your Hotel in San Jose.
Overnight in San Jose.


Day 2 – San Jose–Perez Zeledon Area.
Our departure will be right after breakfast. On the way to our destination, we will stop at Cerro de la Muerte for an amazing location to spend part of the day.
Included services: Lodging at Photography Location. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.



Day 3– Full day at San Gerardo Birding.
We will spend the day at one of our favorite spots in this area, a little oasis for some of most beautiful birds from our Rainforest.

Day 4 – Perez Zeledon – Osa Peninsula.
Depart right after breakfast, on the way to “La Gamba” we will stop at an amazing location to Photograph theendemic frogs from the Osa Peninsula, then we will continue to our next destination.
Included services: Lodging at Photography location.Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Day 5 – La Gamba full Day.
Early morning again dedicated to the tropical birds of the Osa Peninsula, our hide will provide 2 different ecosystems, a nice feeder and a pond that attracts several species. The Osa Peninsula is the habitat for Macaws and the Three-toed Sloth, so we will always keep our eyes wide open for them.

Day 6 – Osa Peninsula – Panama (first location)
Our day to change, not only to a new ecosystem but also to a new country, today we are leaving Costa Rica. We will go to Panama, get ready for an amazing photography experience in our neighboring country, and see all its wildlife. We will start with an afternoon Macro experience and some of the most colorful frogs you’ve ever seen.
Overnight at the same photography location. All meals and entrances are included.

Day 7 – Panama full day (first location)
Today will be our first day of bird photography in Panama. Get ready to visit 2 setups (morning and afternoon) for different targets. Get ready to enjoy and photograph many new species.

Day 8 – Panama (first location–second location)
We will depart after breakfast. We will move to our second location in Panama, it will be a short drive on a 4X4 tour to our next location, and we will spend 3 nights of amazing shooting. Every day we will have amazing opportunities during the day with birds, and during the evening with nocturnal mammals.
Overnight at the same photography location. All meals and entrances are included.

Day 9& 10 – Panama full day (second location)
Last 2 full days at our new location, a very nice combination of setups for birds, including the ornate-hawk eagle, moth traps, and nocturnal mammals such as kinkajou, olingos, ring-tailed cacomistle, and the amazing ocelot.
Overnight at the same photography location. All meals and entrances are included.

Day 11 -Transfer To DavidPanama.
Today, the group will go to David’s Local Airport to take their flights back home.
Included meals: breakfast only.



Trip Cost: $6,200.00
Deposit (non-refundable): $2,200.000 payable by check or money order due at time of registration. Registration by email (see Cancellations and refunds below). The remaining balance of $4,000.00 is due by November 1st, 2026 payable by check or money order.
Single supplement: $800.00 for individuals without a roommate.
Digital payments carry a processing fee of 3%.

- Beverages (Alcoholic, soft drinks, and special order drinks. Coffee, tea, and juices served with meals are typically included.)
- Personal items (snacks, souvenirs, laundry service, etc.)
- Tips/Gratuities for guides, bus driver, wait staff, etc.
