WHAT TO EXPECT
Pench National Park will take you back to the childhood memories of Mowgli: this park is an abode to a variety of wildlife species. It is home to myriads of birds – almost 210 varieties of birds colour the Pench sky. Tadoba on the other hand is one of the most visited parks for Bengal Tiger because of tiger density and bold and fearless tigers. Kaziranga is the UNESCO site and one of the finest place to see One Horned Rhino in India.
DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1 Arrival in New Delhi
When you arrive in New Delhi airport, you will be greeted by our representative, who will assist you in the transfer to your hotel. Our personnel will also help you with a smooth check-in. Overnight stay at New Delhi. Meals: No meals Included
Day 2 New Delhi – Bharatpur
After overnight rest at the hotel in New Delhi, we would check-out around 9 AM Morning from the hotel & start for Bharatpur. It’s around 4.5 hour journey. We reach Bharatpur around 1:30 PM, Check-in to the hotel, Have lunch & start for Evening birding excursion. Overnight at the Hotel in Bharatpur. Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast would be served at hotel. Meals: Breakfast (New Delhi), Lunch & Dinner (Bharatpur)
Day 3 Bharatpur – Agra
Visit the bird sanctuary early morning, back to hotel by 9:30 AM. Checkout post breakfast and start for Agra, reach Agra by 12 Noon, post check-in and lunch, start for Red Fort and boat view of Taj Mahal. Meals: Breakfast (Bharatpur), Dinner (Agra)
Day 4 Agra – Delhi Airport – Guwahati
The day starts early in the morning as we wake up early to witness the breath-taking sunrise at the Taj Mahal. After spending a couple of hours at Taj Mahal, we would go back to hotel, check-out and start for Delhi Airport to board a domestic flight to Guwahati. Meals: Breakfast (Agra), Dinner (Guwahati)
Day 5 Guwahati – Kaziranga National Park – 1 Safari
Early morning at Guwahati, you will meet by our representative who will assist you in your 5-hour drive to Kaziranga National Park Start from Guwahati at 6 AM and the check-in at the lodge. Post lunch, set out for your first safari in Kaziranga. Meals: Breakfast (Guwahati Hotel), Lunch & Dinner (Kaziranga)
Day 6 Kaziranga National Park – 2 Safari
Wake up at sunrise and enjoy the morning safari at Kaziranga. The park is home to the Asiatic Elephant, the One-Horned Indian Rhino, and the Water Buffalo. Return to the lodge for lunch. Post lunch, set out for your evening safari. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure in the lodge. Dinner will be served at the lodge. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (Kaziranga)
Day 7 Kaziranga – Nagpur via Kolkata – 1 Safari
We will be doing one morning safari at Kaziranga, Checkout from the hotel by 10:30 AM and start for Jorhat Airport. It takes 2 Hours from Kaziranag to Jorhat Drive. Catch Jorhat – Nagpur flight via Kolkata which have a few hours layover at Kolkata. Overnight at Nagpur Hotel. Meals: Breakfast (Kaziranga), Dinner (Nagpur)
Day 8 Nagpur – Pench National Park – 1 Safari
Checkout from the hotel post breakfast and our Driver will meet you and guide you with your drive to Pench National Park. This will be a 2-hour journey. Settle in the resort after check-in and get ready for afternoon safari post lunch. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast (Nagpur), Lunch and Dinner (Pench)
Day 9 Pench National Park – 2 Safari
We start our day at 5:30 AM and set out for the first safari through the Pench forests. Packed breakfast; lunch, Hi-Tea and dinner will be provided at the lodge. Post lunch, set out for the evening safari. Today’s safari will be an adventurous ride throughtigers-occupied and Bamboo-studded forests. Overnight stay at Pench. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (Pench)
Day 10 Pench National Park – Full day safari
We will be doing a full day safari in Khursapar gate in Pench. Breakfast and Lunch will be served during the safari. Hi-Tea, and Dinner will be served at the lodge. Pench is an abode for tiger enthusiast, but Wild Dogs, Bison, and foxes are very common here. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (Pench)
Day 11 Pench – Tadoba National Park – 1 Safari
Early morning, check out, and start your journey towards Tadoba National Park. This drive will take around 4 hours. On arrival at the Tadoba Jungle Cam, have Lunch and get ready for your Afternoon game drive at Tadoba, Hi-Tea, Dinner and overnight stay at resort in Tadoba. Meals: Breakfast (Pench), Lunch, and Dinner (Tadoba)
Day 12 Tadoba National Park – 2 Safari
Get ready for your first morning safari at Tadoba National Park. Post the morning safari, return to the lodge for lunch. Set out for the evening safari. Tadoba’s key species is the Bengal tiger, but you may also find Sloth Bears, Indian Leopards, and wild dogs here. Dinner at the lodge. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (Tadoba)
Day 13 Tadoba National Park – 2 Safari
As usual, morning and evening safaris in Tadoba, with all meals served at the lodge. Tadoba is also a hotspot for black leopard sightings, so keep an eye out for them. You may also get to see a variety of colourful birds and reptile at Tadoba. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (Tadoba)
Day 14 Tadoba – Nagpur – New Delhi – 1 Safari
Today we will have a morning safari. After lunch, check out of the resort and drive to Nagpur airport. This trip will take roughly 3 hours. You can then take a flight from Nagpur to New Delhi. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch (Tadoba)

• First-aid kit, mosquito repellent, & odourless sunscreen lotion.
• Pack light, comfortable clothing in neutral colors. A jacket or sweater is recommended for early morning & evening safaris during winter.
• Sports shoes or strong, sturdy footwear for safaris.
• Sunglasses & Scarf.
• A backpack to keep everything safe from dust.
Accessories
• Camera, lenses, memory cards, camera charger, extra batteries, and possibly a bean bags.
CANCELLATION & REFUND (of our Indian tour company)
• All cancellation requests must be sent via email
• Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of the cancellation mail. Our cancellation policies are as follows:
1. If cancellation requested before 120 days (or more) prior to departure, full refund.
2. If cancellation requested before 60 days (or more) prior to departure – 75% of the tour cost will be refunded.
3. If cancellation requested before 45 to 59 days prior to departure – 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
4. If cancellation requested before 30 to 44 days prior to departure – 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
5. If cancellation requested before 15 to 29 days prior to departure – 10% of the tour cost will be refunded.
6. If cancellation requested less than 15 days prior to departure, No Show – No Refund.
• Remittances charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refund of tour fees will be granted if a participant is unable to complete the Excursion due to personal medical conditions.
